Cancellation Policy

COURSE/SHADOW CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelling your training course booking: -All cancellations must be made in writing to kcmaacademy@gmail.com, booking fee of 50% is nonrefundable and will not be refunded to customer/student. Changing your training course booking -All requests to change course date must be made in writing to kcmaacademy@gmail.com at least 15 days before the day of the course. We will make all reasonable effort to replace a cancelled course by arranging an alternative date, but this cannot be guaranteed. There is 50% charge booking fee you paid during registration; (c) changing date within less than 7 days – 100% course fee inc. If an attendee fails to complete the final payment on time, we reserve the right to offer the spot to an interested party. All sales are final, and no refunds will be awarded.
